It's not construction or farming, but still, it's not an activity that lets you completely escape your body. Much as we might like it to. And heaven knows that many of us treat writing as a form of escape from other things, even if we make a living doing it.<br /><br />So doing things like making sure you actually get enough sleep to recharge your brain, or (in my case) going to the gym when my attention to starts to flag, or doing other things that get your brain back in the game, is actually pretty important.Alex Soojung-Kim Panghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02782573569961945637noreply@blogger.com
